Wendel's Guesthouse is a private retreat situated in a quiet suburb in Lilongwe, a short distance from the city center and all the major embassies and businesses. The staff strives to create an environment that combines a professional environment with the comforts of home. Peaceful and lush gardens create a relaxing environment for any type of traveler.

There are eight en-suite guestrooms with options for both twin and double beds to suit any guest's needs. In-room facilities include personal safes, telephones, wireless internet, air conditioners, fans, complimentary tea & coffee facilities, daily cleaning and laundry. Additional facilities available at the Wendel's Guesthouse include wireless internet in all public areas, a swimming pool with sun loungers, secure parking, office facilities, a television lounge, and a library. Airport transfers are available upon request.

There is a restaurant that serves a full English breakfast and buffet, light lunches and a set three-course dinner. The chef is specializes in German cuisine and enjoys catering to the specific tastes of our international guests. Dinners can range from steaks, imported fish, German schnitzel, to a good old roast, with vegetarian options available as well.
